Cut off the thorns from the leaves, 3/4" off the top and a bit of the stem. 
Steam for 30-35 mins with water that has some lemon juice, garlic and bay leaf. 
Dip it in some walnut/hemp/olive oil mixed with fresh lemon! YUM!
