Turmeric Veggie Nachos!

Cook up onion, fresh garlic, mushrooms, pattypan squash and kidney beans with olive oil. Add in turmeric, salt and pepper. Put in on top of blue corn chips (quinoa or greens for a healthier option) and add some avocado on top. 

It's easy and quick and a healthier twist on a not-so-healthy craving :)
