Calla's Hatha Flow yoga classes are a great way to connect with your body, mind and breath in a gentle, yet empowering way. Students will learn pranayama (breathing exercises) & asana (physical postures)- ultimately connecting all movements with a steady, deep breath. Classes end with a short guided meditation/relaxation. You will leave the class feeling more vibrant, restored, rested and at peace. All levels are welcome. Gentle adjustments are offered throughout the class if desired. Calla teaches in English, but perfectly understands French and can give some translation if needed. She shows all the postures and makes sure that students understand and have good alignment before moving on. Mats and props provided.

Classes generally include breathing exercises, asana (physical postures), and meditation. Great for beginners, seniors and those who would like to learn yoga in a safe, compassionate, and noncompetitive way.
These private yoga classes can also address specific ailments of the body and be used in a therapeutic way.
